As early as she can remember, Dawn has always wanted to sing professionally, which can easily be seen in her performances on stage, where she gives 100% with every gig. Inspired by vocal influences such as Patsy Cline, The Carpenters, Barbara Streisand, Pat Benatar and Heart, Dawn’s style of singing encompasses a broad range of styles ranging from melodic harmonies to in-your-face lead vocals.

Once invited to join a local cover band in the late 90s, Dawn decided to take vocal lessons, just to make sure she was “doing it right.”  The instructor was impressed and one lesson was all it took!  Dawn has been in the local cover band scene ever since, singing with bands such as Dr. Doz Band, Twice as Nice and most recently, Spellbound. With each new band change, Dawn’s skills and abilities as a lead vocalist grew. Dawn’s wide range of song selections can please just about any appetite (and she’s known for showing a little leg!).

Finally, Dawn loves her fans and always has a smile and takes time out to stop and let them know how much she appreciates their continuing support over the years.  She hopes that that same support will continue to grow and flourish with her latest venture with General’s Krank.
